We offer virtual visits that can take place either over phone only or via audio and video. For audio and video virtual visits, you can see your provider through your mobile device and you do not have to leave home. All patients will be billed the copayment and coinsurance amounts for all telemedicine/virtual visits in accordance with their insurance plan.

Yes, you will still get appointment reminder phone calls. To ensure that you will receive the reminders, please make sure that we have the most updated primary phone number in your file by calling us at 253.881.1844.

Since our providers see patients both in the clinic and through telemedicine/virtual visits, all appointments must be scheduled in advanced, thus, providers can only focus on the patient that has the scheduled appointment.

Patients are welcome to come into the clinic if they want to do so. We are offering virtual visits as a way to be seen should you not be able to come into the clinic as well as a way to save your time and energy from coming into the office for routine follow-up visits.
