Billing Questions

Trinity Family Medical Clinic utilizes the services of an external billing company, MDCommerce.  MDCommerce generates all patient statements and can answer all your questions regarding your billing statement or any other billing concerns.

If you have any questions, please call MDCommerce at 855.883.6143 or call our office at 253.881.1844 to be transferred to our billing office

Patient Payments on Account

Patients who have any outstanding balances on their account will or have received a billing statement in the mail from MDCommerce.  Those statements can be paid either online through our secure payment portal or over the phone by calling the office or our billing company, MDCommerce, at 855.883.6143.

Collections

Patients who have received a pre-collect letter in the mail, please make a payment on your account either online or via phone as instructed in the letter.

If there is no response or payment made on the account within 30 days, the account will be sent to our collection agency, Audit and Adjustment.
